Our Solution

We designed and built a custom web app with three core features:

1. Training Hub

• Admins can create modules linked to in-person training

• Supports PDF and PowerPoint files

• Modules only show to carers who’ve completed the relevant training

2. Wellness Feed and Mood Check-In

• Carers log in daily and select:

  • A mood status: Green, Amber, or Red

  • An emoji to reflect how they feel

• Feed shows updates from all carers (name and branch)

• Users can send virtual hugs (no comments, no venting)

• Admin dashboard flags staff at risk using thresholds like:

  • 3 red check-ins in a row

  • 3 amber/red check-ins within 7 days

3. Mini Games Zone

• Brain games like Sudoku, memory match, and crosswords

• Lightweight, ad-free, and mobile-optimised

• Designed for low data usage
