Creative Director Gav heads up the visual side of TLB as our digital dot-to-dotter and resident Dandy Del Boy. His dulcet tarn twang is so thick it’s less a way of speaking and more a test.

Quite often, your first point of contact, Gav, thinks he has more swagger than Jagger, but usually relies on the team with anything more technical than 'save as a PDF’.

As a dad of young Twins, he’s familiar with juggling multiple tasks at once, solving problems and cooking 2 different meals - in the same pan.

Away from his desk, Gav can be found playing squash (skwesh) refereeing or coaching Grassroots football and watching ballet recitals. If time allows, he loves a tip run.

A self-titled retrosexual, Gav loves looking at graphic design through the ages and is a firm believer that ‘print is not dead’. Loves a gradient. Dislikes Piers Morgan, has never seen Star Wars.
