Scott cut his teeth as a designer when dial-up ruled and Photoshop took half an hour to open.

He’s been building things ever since, some digital, some made of Lego, but mostly fuelled by Britpop and stubborn optimism.

Now he runs operations at TLB. That means people, processes, timings, budgets, and occasionally calming the chaos before it kicks off. He spots the details others miss, asks the questions no one wants to hear, and keeps projects moving without losing the plot.

He’s big on doing great work without wrecking your mental health. That’s not a slogan, it’s how TLB works. Respect your time. Support your team. Get the job done, then go to the pub.

Outside the studio, Scott’s usually:

• Throwing darts in a pub league with absolutely no ambition

• Staring at unfinished DIY and pretending it’s “in progress”

• Drinking real ale and singing at live gigs (off-key, no regrets)

• Being judged by his Basset Hounds, Rigby and Branston
